Shipping & Delivery: Your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt (Mon-Fri). Your order will be delivered within 10 working days unless you are contacted otherwise. Deliveries to northern Scotland may require a small surcharge. Deliveries will be made by a reputable national company Monday to Friday. Please add 2 extra days for orders made after 11am Thursday to take into account the weekend. Please note we do not offer compensation for any late or damaged items carried out by 3rd party courier companies.
Privacy & Security: The data you supply to Best Electric Radiators will not be shared or used for any other purposes than fulfilling your order.
Returns & Replacements: • If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt then please contact us directly on 01423 733000 or email [email protected]. Please explain in detail the nature of the damage and we will process your claim promptly.
• We will check all items returned and in the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses.
• All orders must be returned in full including all undamaged original packaging and box.
Ordering: Our website is designed to help you through the purchasing process. Add the number of products to your shopping basket and view your shopping basket or cart to ensure your order is correct. Then click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and follow the instructions for delivery and payment. If you encounter any problems with your order then please contact us.
Payment & Pricing: • We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Maestro and Solo. In order to ensure we can despatch your goods as quickly as possible, credit and debit card payments are taken at the point of order.
• Your items will be despatched to you as soon as we receive full payment.
• As an established internet retailer we offer competitive prices across all our products.
Viewing Orders: All orders will be confirmed by email. Please ensure you include a valid email address during checkout. You can also log into your Best LED Lighting account to view all your orders.
Updating Account Information: Logging into your Best LED Lighting account will allow you to update all your information including your contact information, shipping address, passwords, etc.
